Job Overview
Gloss Up Nail Bar & Head Spa is a luxury, modern salon in Waxahachie. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our salon.

Duties
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm, professional attitude
- Answer calls, texts, and manage appointment bookings
- Coordinate daily schedules for technicians and head spa staff
- Process payments (cash, card, POS system)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Assist technicians and clients to ensure smooth service flow
- Accurately record customer services and appointments
- Support salon operations (cleanliness, restocking, guest service)
- Create and post social media content regularly (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Help maintain salon presentation, including light decorating and keeping the space visually appealing
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and phone skills (booking systems, POS, social media apps)
- Willing to learn and passionate about the beauty/nail industry
- Comfortable using social media and posting content regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Punctual, reliable, and positive attitude
- Nail salon or spa experience is a plus (not required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to move around the salon and assist as needed Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
- Schedule: Flexible (including weekends)
- Pay: Compensation will be discussed during the interview and based on experience
