What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Spa Technician (Cosmetology License Required) position at Gloss & Glam?
This is Commission ONLY position. We are only interested in applicants that can work at least 4 days a week, including weekends. We are only interested in applicants that can work both Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 6 pm or longer.
Our hair salon and head spa located in Beverly Grove area of Los Angeles, minutes from West Hollywood and Beverly Hills, Across from Beverly Center. We are looking for a talented and passionate Head Spa Technician & Hair Stylist to join our team and help deliver exceptional service to our high-end clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of head spa services, including scalp treatments, hair massages, and detoxifying treatments.
- Provide clients with personalized consultations, recommending appropriate treatments based on their needs.
- Highly Experienced with blowouts and styling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Assist in educating clients on scalp and hair care routines to maintain healthy hair and scalp.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Cosmetology License in the state of California.
- Must Live within 10 - 15 mile radius from our salon.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service with a focus on luxury experiences
