Glory House is seeking a President/Chief Executive Officer to lead a respected, mission centered organization serving people affected by substance use disorder, reentry, housing
instability, and related challenges.
The President/CEO will lead daily operations, support staff and managers, steward financial
and contractual responsibilities, maintain regulatory and accreditation readiness, serve as the
organization’s primary public representative, and position Glory House for long-term
sustainability. The role also offers the opportunity to shape long-range campus visioning,
strengthen public and community partnerships, diversify revenue, build fundraising capacity,
and improve the use of technology and data.
The successful candidate will be both a visible community leader and a disciplined operator.
Glory House is looking for someone who can lead with compassion and accountability, build
trust across sectors, develop people, translate strategy into action, and guide a complex
organization through its next chapter.
A clinical credential is not required. Candidates must be able to lead an accredited substance
use disorder agency at the executive level and work respectfully within Glory House’s mission:
Helping people claim their lives with Christian compassion, resources, and support.
The anticipated base salary is $120,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience and
qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, retirement, paid time off, and professional
development support. The successful candidate is expected to enter into a three-year
