Glory Global Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team, supporting the North America business. This team member will assist with the preparation of financial forecasts and analysis for the North America business unit and partner with leaders to meet targets. HOURS
Flexible Hours between 7:00am and 5:00pm - Hybrid to Watertown, WI office 1-2 days/week required.
PAY RANGE: $60k - $75k, Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; education; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare expenditure authorizations (EA) for North America as required and route and track approvals.
- Prepare bid reviews and profitability analyses as required.
- Assist with monthly Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) forecasts. Also support SIOP review with Operations teams, which is key to inventory planning.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of monthly rolling forecasts.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of the annual budgeting process for North America.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the FPA Manager.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or equivalent years of related experience.
Qualifications:
- 1 – 3 year’s experience in financial planning and analysis for a medium to large sized manufacturing or distribution company.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Present information and respond to questions from management.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Accurately interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to effectively visually present data to peers and senior management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Oracle JDE or Oracle NetSuite a plus.
