We’re looking for a motivated dispatcher who can take ownership of our morning operations and help keep everything running smoothly from the start of the day.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and facilities
- Schedule and coordinate transportation efficiently
- Communicate clearly with drivers throughout the day
- Monitor driver performance and trip progress in real-time
- Document key details from each interaction
- Adjust schedules and solve issues as they come up
You’ll be interacting with customers, healthcare staff, and drivers daily, so professionalism and communication are key.
