Role Overview
Gloora is a growing platform for professional beauty services. We are hiring a Platform Operations & Onboarding Manager to manage provider onboarding, listing readiness, and day-to-day platform operations. This role is responsible for ensuring new providers are set up correctly, platform standards are followed, and operational issues are handled consistently as the platform grows.
This is a high-ownership role that works directly with the founder and helps shape how the platform operates at an early stage.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new service providers
- Review and approve provider profiles and service listings for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with platform guidelines
- Ensure providers are properly activated and ready to accept bookings
- Serve as the primary point of contact for provider onboarding and platform-related questions
- Oversee basic booking-related issues including cancellations, reschedules, and listing corrections
- Apply platform rules consistently and document decisions and actions taken
- Monitor platform activity to identify operational issues or recurring problems
- Maintain internal onboarding and operations documentation
- Coordinate with the founder on product updates that affect onboarding or platform workflows
- Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and platform quality
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in operations, onboarding, account management, or platform-related roles
- Experience working with independent professionals or service-based businesses preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Comfortable making decisions and managing issues independently
- Able to thrive in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
