We are seeking an experienced Global Mobility Tax Director to join our leadership team. You may be an excellent fit for this role if you enjoy:

What You’ll Do
- Lead client engagements for multinational and growth-oriented clients
- Serve as a trusted advisor to talent mobility, payroll, finance and relavent stakeholders
- Advise clients on:
International assignments and employee relocations
Tax policy and employee-focused programs
Equity compensation and cross-border planning
Business traveler and remote workforce considerations
Global compensation delivery and reporting matters
- Review complex U.S. individual income tax returns and mobility-related deliverables
- Support practice growth, client development, and strategic business initiatives
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members
What We’re Looking For
- 8 years of experience in global mobility tax or international individual taxation
- Strong technical expertise in U.S. international individual tax matters
- Experience managing client relationships and leading complex engagements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Collaborative, practical, and client-focused mindset
- Interest and experience in innovation and technology-enabled client service delivery
- CPA, JD, EA, and/or MST preferred
Additional Details
- Full-time position
- Hybrid work environment (minimum 50% in-office)
- Preferred locations: San Jose, Seattle, or Los Angeles
- Compensation commensurate with experience, qualifications, and market location
