As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you connect GLOM with the community by driving our digital strategy and online presence. You are responsible for managing our social media channels and executing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Your work ensures GLOM’s message reaches the right audience, inspires action, and builds measurable awareness.


Core Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Manage, post, and schedule all content across GLOM’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule that aligns with campaign goals and seasonal initiatives.
  • Ensure all content aligns with GLOM’s messaging, maintains brand consistency, and engages the audience through creative captions and community interaction.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments or inquiries appropriately, and track performance analytics to continually improve reach and impact.

Meta Ad Campaigns (Facebook and Instagram):

  • Plan, build, and manage ad campaigns through Meta Business Suite.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies and write compelling ad copy.
  • Optimize campaigns for engagement and conversions while managing budgets and performance data.
  • Conduct A/B testing and report on metrics such as impressions, click-through rates, and conversions.

Search Engine Marketing (Google Ads):

  • Lead and manage GLOM’s Google Ad campaigns, including both paid and grant-funded initiatives.
  • Perform keyword research, develop ad copy, and set bid strategies to increase visibility and generate quality leads.
  • Monitor campaign performance, adjust based on analytics, and collaborate with the team to refine landing pages for better conversion rates.

Marketing Strategy and Research:

  • Stay up to date on current marketing trends and best practices in digital media.
  • Research and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies and boost engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign direction with organizational goals.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience running and optimizing Meta Business Suite and Google Ad campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, platform-specific strategies, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, manage budgets, and pivot strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Excellent copywriting skills tailored to digital platforms and target audiences.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in keeping up with the fast-paced digital landscape.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Create engaging, empathetic content for social media, email, blogs, and website
  • Manage and grow social media presence with a focus on community engagement
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure messaging is accurate and aligned with mental health best practices
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights
  • Coordinate partnerships, events, and outreach efforts within the community
  • Maintain brand voice that is compassionate, inclusive, and stigma-free
  • Travel to various Glom locations and events as necessary


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 2–4 years of marketing experience (healthcare or mental health experience preferred)
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, email platforms, social media)
  • Experience marketing healthcare, wellness, or mental health services
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare marketing compliance considerations
  • Graphic design or multimedia content creation skills
  • Familiarity with paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated in an often-ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with individuals and groups.
  • MS Office Suite proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to climb stairs multiple times a day and be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to sit, rise, kneel, squat, twist, pull bend multiple times a day. 
  • Ability to walk with items in hand, grasp and reach as needed.
  • Ability to perform with repetitive maneuvers and manual dexterity. 
  • Ability to work in an office environment.
