Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for its product portfolio. In this role, you will act as the bridge between product, sales, and customers-translating technical capabilities into compelling messaging and driving successful market adoption.
You will be responsible for shaping go-to-market plans, analyzing market dynamics, and supporting product launches. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on positioning, messaging, and revenue goals.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
- Partner with product and engineering teams to clearly articulate product value and differentiation
- Work closely with sales teams to enable effective customer engagement and drive pipeline growth
- Lead planning and execution of product launches, including messaging, campaigns, and sales enablement materials
- Translate complex technical features into clear, benefit-driven narratives for target audiences
- Monitor performance of marketing initiatives and refine strategies using data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related field
- Strong background in market analysis and strategic planning
- Proven experience building and executing go-to-market strategies
- Familiarity with sales processes and experience collaborating with sales organizations
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner
- Excellent project management and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentations
- Experience in software, engineering technology, or related industries is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degree is a plus
Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
