Glocomms is partnering with a top civil engineering for a candidate that can lead the organization's technology strategy and operations, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable IT systems that support business objectives.

• Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage IT operations, including network, servers, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
• Oversee cybersecurity programs, compliance, and risk management.
• Lead technology projects, upgrades, and system integrations.
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Create and enforce IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Manage IT budgets and optimize cost efficiency.
• Mentor and lead IT team members, fostering professional growth.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance business performance.
  
  

• 8 years of progressive IT experience, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record in managing enterprise IT environments and leading technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
