Responsibilities:
1-3 years working in hospitality, retail, or similar industries.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Tablet/PC/Smartphone proficiency.
Meeting new customers and working to build a long-term relationship.
Must be able to multitask between answering phones, working with employees, and assisting customers.
Additional job responsibilities as seen necessary by the supervisor.
What We Need from You (Requirements)
Answer incoming sales calls and handle questions with proven trained responses, including outgoing calls.
Be active on social media posting content to build your brand.
Greet customers, vendors, and employees as they enter the building.
Organize and handle all aspects of vehicle presentation and deliveries.
Check insurance, identification, and update systems.
Follow instructions and processes using proper paperwork/digital assets.
Assist customers in vehicle selection, test drives, trade assessments & more!
Must have a driver's license, pass pre-employment drug test and background check
