What are the responsibilities and job description for the PE FOF/Co-invest/Secondaries position at Glocap?
Our client is seeking an Analyst or Associate to join their growing team in NYC to work on Private Equity Fund Investing (50%), Co-investing and Secondaries across a range of funds/strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to join a premier firm working on best-in-class investment opportunities and fund managers.
LOCATION: NYC
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform due diligence on a range of fund investment, co-investment and secondary investment opportunities, and assist with sourcing potential co-investment and secondary opportunities
- Assist the team with the development of investment recommendations
- On-going monitoring of the portfolio and performance, industry trends, etc.
- Attending relevant manager meetings, advisory board meetings and conferences, as needed
- Assist with business development activities as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-4 years of experience in investment banking, and/or direct PE or PE FOF/Co-invest/Secondaries
- Strong technical/modeling skills
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
