LOCATION: New York, NY (onsite Monday-Friday)

HOURS: 9:00AM - 6:00PM with flexibility

COMPENSATION: $100-120K DOE Benefits

BACHELOR'S DEGREE: Required


Our client, a fast-growing Healthcare AI startup, is looking for an organized, proactive Office Manager to keep operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for office coordination, team support, and day-to-day operational needs that help the team stay focused and productive. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building processes from scratch, and wants to make a meaningful impact on a scaling company.


Responsibilities of the Office Manager:

-Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

-Manage office vendors, supplies, and facility needs, including sourcing and negotiating with external partners.

-Serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors; manage reception duties as needed.

-Coordinate company meetings, events, off-sites, and team-building activities.

-Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing equipment and workspace setup.

-Assist with scheduling, travel logistics, expense reporting, and administrative tasks for leadership as needed.

-Maintain office budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.

-Develop and refine operational processes as the company scales, introducing tools and systems to improve efficiency.

-Uphold a positive, inclusive workplace culture through thoughtful employee experience initiatives.


Requirements of the Office Manager:

-2–5 years of office management, administrative, or operations experience (startup experience a plus).

-Strong organizational and multitasking skills with impeccable attention to detail.

-Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to support others.

-Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

-Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-scaling environment where processes are still being built.

-Proficiency with modern workplace tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, basic project management systems, etc.).

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
