Manufacturing Assistant

We are a licensed Vermont cannabis manufacturing company specializing in the production of gummies, tinctures, topicals and other cannabis products. Our family-run business consists of a small team of highly motivated individuals with diverse backgrounds. We are seeking one exceptional full-time or part time employee to assist with all aspects of production.

This is a fast-paced, physical job which requires multi-tasking, standing, lifting and bending throughout the workday. Duties include assisting with production of edibles and other cannabis products, labelling and packaging products, daily facility cleaning and sanitization duties.

Full-time work schedule is Monday – Friday from 830am – 5pm (40 hours ).

Part-time hours needed are between 12-5pm (M-F, 4 to 5 days per week) with some flexibility on start and finish times.

We will prioritize applicants with prior kitchen / manufacturing experience. We will train the right individual – prior cannabis experience is not required. We are looking for applicants that are seeking long-term employment. Please do not apply if you are interested in temporary employment.

For full time employees, we offer paid time off after 6 months of employment, plus healthcare spending reimbursement. All employees are eligible for 401k with company match, after 3 months of employment. Salary range for this entry level position is $20-$26 / hr. If an employee demonstrates excellent job performance, leadership skills and can take on a supervisory role, there is potential for higher salary.

Onsite consumption of cannabis is against state rules and is not allowed at our facility.

• Must be over 21 years old and must complete cannabis employee ID card application with the State of VT. This includes a state and FBI criminal background check with fingerprints
• Ability to lift to 25 - 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to follow directions with attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality standards
• Must be punctual and have reliable transportation
• References and complete employment history/resume are required
