Warehouse Coordinator
Overview
Globyz is a all in one logistics and storage provider.
We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to lead day-to-day operations across logistics, customer service, dispatch, inventory, and international trade. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating import/export operations, biological shipments, inventory control, and transportation partners.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of warehouse management systems, and logistics processes. This role is essential in ensuring efficient order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, across all warehouse activities.
Duties
- daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, order picking, packaging, and inventory management
- load & unload materials, ensuring proper handling compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments using shipping & receiving protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows between warehouse, transportation, and customer service
- Act as Biological Client Coordinator, handling time- and temperature-sensitive shipments
- Manage international import and export operations
- Prepare and review shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, AWB, etc.)
Qualifications
- Must be located in PA.
- Must have valid work authorization currently and in the future. This position is not available for sponsorship.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or distribution centers with a focus on shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory control
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking, packaging, and load & unload tasks
- Knowledge of manufacturing or environments is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
