Are you a technical problem-solver who loves making complex systems "talk" to each other? GLOBO is looking for a System Integration Team Lead to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on technical management.
In this pivotal role, you will lead our integration team to ensure our software, hardware, and workflows—from Finance to Operations—work together seamlessly. You’ll split your time between systems management and high-level service desk leadership, directly impacting GLOBO’s efficiency and mission.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Oversee the Systems Integration team, managing ticket queues (L2/L3), triaging issues, and mentoring staff.
- Workflow Optimization: Improve CRM and Help Desk processes specifically via HubSpot integration and data collection.
- Systems Integration: Design and implement solutions that connect disparate platforms while ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.
- Compliance & Security: Support SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 9001 standards through internal audits and enforcement of security protocols.
- IT Operations: Manage IT asset deployment, user administration in Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, and maintain vendor relationships.
- Experience: 5 years in IT, with 3 years in systems integration/analysis and 1 years in a leadership role.
- HubSpot Expert: Required training and administrative experience in HubSpot (Ticketing System expertise preferred).
- Technical Versatility: Proficient in Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent career experience.
- Core Strengths: Ability to influence without authority, a "growth-focused" mindset for process improvement, and strong problem-solving skills.
