GLOBO is looking for a Director of Commercial Operations to serve as the strategic architect of our revenue engine. This isn't just about managing a CRM; it’s about defining the processes, data infrastructure, and performance culture that will drive our next phase of hyper-growth.
As a key partner to our SVP of Commercial, you will oversee the entire lead-to-cash lifecycle, bridging the gap between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Account Management. You’ll lead a multi-functional team—from BDRs to RFP specialists—ensuring every part of our commercial organization is optimized, data-driven, and ready to scale.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Governance: Lead annual planning, quota setting, and territory design to maximize market coverage.
- Tech Stack Ownership: Own and optimize our Hubspot-centric ecosystem, ensuring data integrity and seamless integrations.
- Direct Leadership: Manage and scale the BDR organization, the RFP department, and our Commercial Analytics team.
- Performance Analytics: Turn complex data into "board-ready" insights, providing the forecasting accuracy needed for executive decision-making.
- Commercial Enablement: Design incentive plans that drive the right behaviors and partner with Finance on pricing/deal desk guardrails.
Who You Are:
- An Experienced Leader: You have 8-10 years in RevOps/Sales Ops, with at least 5 years managing high-performing teams.
- A Hubspot Power User: You have deep, hands-on experience configuring CRMs to mirror complex sales cycles.
- A Data Storyteller: You don’t just report numbers; you provide the "why" behind them to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- SaaS & HealthTech Savvy: You understand the nuances of subscription models and healthcare enterprise contracts.
- PE-Ready: (Preferred) You’ve worked in a Private Equity-backed environment and understand EBITDA-focused levers.
