Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Life Insurance Sales Agent role based in Tower City, ND. The Life Insurance Sales Agent will identify prospective clients, conduct needs assessments, and recommend suitable life insurance products that align with each client’s financial goals and risk profile. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, scheduling and conducting client meetings (in-person or via phone), explaining policy features, preparing quotations, and assisting clients with applications and documentation. The role also involves providing ongoing customer service, handling policy renewals, addressing client inquiries or concerns, and coordinating with internal teams and insurance partners to ensure smooth onboarding and policy servicing. The agent will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets, maintain accurate records in CRM or related systems, and stay up to date on product changes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
