Job Title: Lead Data Modeler – AWS Cloud
Location: Malvern, PA & Charlotte, NC

Key Responsibilities
- Design enterprise-wide conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Develop dimensional models (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Data Vault).
- Define enterprise data standards and naming conventions.
- Partner with solution architects and data engineers.
- Model structured and semi-structured datasets.
- Optimize Redshift schemas for analytical performance.
- Design data lake and lakehouse data structures.
- Support ETL/ELT design and metadata management.
- Review and approve data models across projects.
- Mentor developers and modelers on best practices.
- Maintain enterprise metadata repositories and data lineage.
