Our teams operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment across multiple regions.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Vice President Business Development to lead U.S. growth for our smart devices ODM operations. This executive will play a central role in scaling the business, developing strategic partnerships, and driving commercial success across the North American ecosystem. The position involves shaping long-term strategy, accelerating revenue initiatives, and building high-impact stakeholder relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Market ExpansionDevelop and implement strategies to scale business development and market penetration in the U.S.Drive revenue acceleration through direct sales efforts and targeted market initiativesExpand relationships across OEMs, telecom carriers, distributors, and enterprise organizationsPartnership Development & Relationship ManagementBuild strong senior-level relationships across the smart device and consumer electronics landscapeLead complex negotiations and manage long-cycle business engagementsDeliver advanced ODM solutions aligned with engineering, product, and go-to-market needsStrengthen long-term relationships through consistent engagement and execution excellenceStrategic Alliances & Ecosystem EngagementCultivate alliances with distributors, technology providers, and retail channelsCollaborate with engineering and product teams across regions to shape U.S.-aligned offeringsEnhance market presence through joint initiatives and ecosystem collaborationMarket Intelligence & Product StrategyMonitor industry trends, competitive activity, and regulatory developmentsProvide insights to guide product strategy, pricing models, and market alignmentIdentify growth opportunities and advise leadership on portfolio expansionCross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with engineering, product, operations, and manufacturing teamsCoordinate effectively across international time zones, including the U.S., India, and ChinaPromote a culture focused on innovation, accountability, and operational excellenceIdeal Profile20 years of experience in business development, commercial leadership, or sales within smart devices, consumer electronics, or telecomProven success driving U.S. market expansion and executing enterprise-level dealsStrong understanding of ODM operations, supply chain processes, and device innovation cyclesEstablished network across North American OEMs, telecom carriers, retailers, and technology partnersExcellent communication, strategic thinking, and negotiation skillsBachelors degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferredThis is a remote position.

Salary : $132,000
