- Maintain clear documentation and communication across all project stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in a technical support or sustainment role.
- Strong understanding of system configuration, testing, and production support processes.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and QA.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Experience in retail technology or digital signage environments.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interface with diverse teams.
- Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving technical and business needs.
