REPORTS TO:                                            Superintendent

OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitates the overall planning, reviewing, implementation, revisions and delivery of all human resource activities and procedures; Supervises, delegates, and participates in employment, salary schedule and placement, policy interpretation, performance management and employee relations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Familiar with District and/or public education organization, operation, policies and
2. Knowledge of State and Federal laws, statutes, rules, codes and regulations governing Human Resources.
3. Knowledge of recruitment strategies, and laws and regulations relating to Equal Employment
4. Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or Public Administration, or related field.
5. 3-5 years’ experience in an area that involves human resource tasks/responsibilities.
6. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
