Overview
We are seeking a mechanically skilled and detail-oriented operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn, automated manufacturing equipment, mechanical tooling, setting up and maintaining dies for production processes. This role is crucial in ensuring that our manufacturing processes operate efficiently and produces high-quality products. The operator will work closely with other team members to optimize production workflows and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Duties
- Set up, change over, and operate various types of manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of tooling, machine components, and product to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform materials handling tasks as needed, including loading and unloading materials from machines.
- Troubleshoot issues with dies and machinery, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of setups, adjustments, and maintenance activities.
Requirements

- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
- Follow all company safety rules.
- Use tools such as micrometers and other measuring instruments
- Ability to work effectively in an assembly line environment, demonstrating attention to detail.
