Role: Marketing Specialist (Full-time direct hire)
Salary: $50k to $62k/Annual with Benefits
Location: Gwinn, MI (In-Person)
Job Description:-
We have an immediate full-time opening for a marketing team member. You'll play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts across various channels. If you’re ready to bring your expertise, resourcefulness, and creativity to our collaborative team, we’d love to have you on board!
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, email, direct mail, etc.).
- Develop and layout magazine ads, brochures, and other advertising campaigns.
- Develop and write blog posts, newsletters, and other communications.
- Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Develop new product packages including literature, installation instructions, promotions, etc.
- Control and update existing product packages.
- Create or assist in the creation of videos promoting products, from script development to shooting and editing.
- Inventory control of samples, literature, and promotional items.
- Ability and willingness to assist with all phases of trade shows.
- Website and e-commerce updates and maintenance.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
Requirements:
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years’ proven experience as Marketing Specialist or work in a similar role; experience working in the industrial sector preferred
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro), and applications (email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, etc.)
- Experience managing corporate social media channels
- Prefer experience in video editing or creation
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Exceptional communication and writing skills, especially in technical writing
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
