Globe Life Liberty National is expanding in the Salt Lake City area and seeking motivated individuals for a full-time Sales Representative role. No prior experience is required, we provide comprehensive training and one-on-one mentorship to support your success. We offer what we believe to be the best hands-on training and mentorship in our industry. Our systems are second to none, and you will learn and succeed side-by-side with a leader who is 100% committed to your growth and success. What To Expect:
- Meet with business owners and decision-makers to offer tailored insurance solutions for employees
- Rely on an industry leading CRM platform to streamline client relationships
- Leads provided by the company
- Work in a supportive, team-oriented environment, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
- Average first-year income: $60,000
- Management roles: $100,000
- Performance Based Compensation
- Lifetime residual income with full vesting after 10 years
