What You'll Do
As a Remote Customer Sales and Support Representative, you'll meet virtually with individuals who have requested information about their available benefit options. Your role is to provide clear guidance, answer questions, and deliver a positive customer experience while helping clients understand the solutions available to them.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual meetings with prospective clients
- Explain benefit options in a clear and easy-to-understand manner
- Answer customer questions with professionalism and care
- Guide clients through the application process when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
