• Keeping client information and documentation organized
• Working toward individual performance and sales goals
• Attending team meetings, training sessions, and coaching
• Using company systems and technology to manage daily activity

There is no requirement to spend the day making random cold calls. The focus is on working with interested clients and having productive conversations.
