What You'll Do
As an Entry Level Client Sales & Support Representative, you'll meet virtually with individuals who have requested information about insurance benefits, answer their questions, and help them choose coverage that fits their needs while delivering excellent customer service.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Attend scheduled virtual appointments with qualified leads
- Learn consultative sales techniques and product knowledge through ongoing virtual training
- Answer client questions and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Guide customers through the application process
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients
- Participate in virtual coaching sessions and team meetings
