Role Description The Virtual Sales role is a full-time remote position responsible for connecting with prospective and existing clients to present supplemental insurance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting virtual appointments, explaining policy options, addressing questions, and guiding clients through the enrollment process. The role involves following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance goals. Team members may also participate in virtual training sessions, collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies, and support a positive, growth-oriented culture.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, explain complex information clearly, and provide a positive client experience.
- Proven Sales abilities, including prospecting, needs-based selling, and closing, with familiarity in virtual or inside sales environments.
- Experience or interest in Training and Sales Management, such as mentoring peers, sharing best practices, or supporting team development.
- Comfort working remotely with reliable internet access, effective time management, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education, licenses, or certifications in insurance or sales are an asset (support may be provided for licensing where applicable).
