What will help you succeed:
- Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) preferred.
- 5 years of experience in product management within the healthcare insurance and/or Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) industry, with a focus on customer service technology.
- Familiarity with healthcare customer service technologies such as chatbots, IVR systems, and digital self-service platforms; understanding of predictive models and AI applications is a plus.
- Strong experience with agile product development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions and improve patient experiences.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present product concepts and strategies to diverse audiences within the healthcare sector.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and patient-centricity.
