- English
- 10 years in delivery leadership.
- Program Management.
- Experience working directly with Directors and VPs who manage budgets and strategic road maps.
- Experience working in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Support capability positioning (Cloud, AI, Data, AppMod, Digital Product)
- Lead multiple concurrent digital, modernization, cloud, and data programs.
- Ensure predictable delivery across onsite, nearshore, and offshore teams.
- Drive clarity around scope, milestones, KPIs, and dependencies.
- Support Agile/SAFe practices at team and program levels.
- Multi-BU Enterprise Environments.
- PMP
