Due to continued expansion, GlobalStep is looking for entry level video game testers for our Dallas-based gaming studio.
As a QA Game Tester, you’ll be responsible for:
- Testing video games to identify bugs, defects, and gameplay issues.
- Following test scripts to verify game features behave as designed.
- Writing clear and detailed bug reports, including steps to reproduce and supporting screenshots or videos.
- Verifying bugs are fixed in later versions of the game.
- Communicating with the Test Lead and escalating critical issues or concerns as they arise.
- Collaborating with other testers by sharing findings and learning best practices as part of a team.
- Providing qualitative feedback on gameplay and overall player experience.
