I’m looking for a part-time associate dentist to join my Flushing office. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a high-performing, respectful, and close-knit team — not a corporate machine.
This is not a DSO or corporate-style setting. It’s a privately owned office where you’ll be treated like a professional, not a number. If you like being micromanaged, clock-watched, or playing office politics, this isn’t for you.
But if you love dentistry, want to grow, and take pride in doing great work for people who appreciate it — you’ll fit right in.
What’s In It for You
- Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday | 8 AM–5 PM
- Daily minimum: $600/day
- Compensation: 30% of collections with a sliding scale that increases as you help more patients — the more people you help get healthy, the more you earn
- High earning potential: Up to $100,000 to $150,00 per year part time.
- Pay schedule: Twice a month, based on collections
- Signing bonus: $2,500 if you join the team (some rules apply)
- Health insurance: 50% of premium covered for your family (up to $2500 a year)
- Malpractice: 50% of annual malpractice insurance covered, up to $500/year
- CE allowance: $1,000 per year (non-rollover)
- PTO: 1 week after your first year ($100/day for 7 days)
- Equity potential: Ownership opportunities available for the right long-term fit

You’ll have the support to do what you do best — dentistry.

What I’m Looking For
I want a dentist who:
- Has a track record of producing $6000 to $8000 a day comfortably
- Can manage 1-2 columns of hygiene checks efficiently
- Enjoys all aspects of general dentistry — restorative, endo, prosth, surgery, cosmetics
- Is a problem solver, not a problem creator
- Treats patients like people, not production. Be yourself.
- Shows respect, humility, and professionalism
- Is coachable and open to learning
- Wants to grow with a purpose-driven team, not just clock in and out
- Communicates clearly, stays calm under pressure, and brings positive energy to the office
