Key Qualifications
- 3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Finance Core.
- 5 years of overall experience in Finance ERP systems (Workday Fin/Oracle Fin/ SAP FICO, etc.).
- Workday Finance Certified (preferred) or ex-Workday
- Proven experience in:
- Workday Finance implementation projects.
- Workday enhancements and feature rollouts.
- Production support, issue resolution, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Configure and support Workday Financials modules, including but not limited to: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Banking, Expenses, and Financial Accounting.
- Participate in full-cycle Workday Finance implementations, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Work closely with business users to assess needs, recommend solutions, and implement finance-related enhancements.
- Handle production support activities, such as resolving system issues, managing service requests, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and security related to Workday Finance.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing functional support.
- Stay updated on Workday releases and apply new features to improve financial processes.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and accounting principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Hands-on configuration experience within Workday Financials.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salary : $70 - $75
