Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong AWS cloud expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in Java-based backend development, microservices architecture, and cloud-native solutions on AWS. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and active participation in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 years of hands-on experience in Java development
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, RESTful APIs
- Experience building Microservices architecture
- Solid experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar)
- Proficiency in Git and Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka/SQS/SNS)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Exposure to frontend technologies (Angular/React) is a plus
- AWS Certification preferred
- Design and develop high-performance, scalable backend systems
- Build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS
- Develop RESTful services and integrate third-party systems
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders
