Titusville NJ – Onsite

  • Detail oriented, Strong communication skills (Story teller)
  • Telephony (Genesys), Fax (Concord), CRM Platform, Call centre
  • Needs to help with requests and changes (IVR Flow/Experience - Visio, Draw.io, Demand intake management and documentation of requirements - Monday.com - Not to develop, but work with them)

Salary : $55 - $60
