Job Description

Data Modeling & Design

  • Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for analytical and operational data platforms.
  • Create models for data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts (e.g., Bronze/Silver/Gold layers).
  • Apply dimensional modeling techniques (star schema, snowflake) and normalized models where appropriate.
  • Define entities, attributes, relationships, keys, constraints, and metadata.

Business & Technical Alignment

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and Solution Architects to translate business requirements into data structures.
  • Ensure models support current and future reporting, analytics, and data science use cases.
  • Participate in requirement reviews, design discussions, and solution walkthroughs.
