Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of D365 projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality objectives are met
- Partner closely with client stakeholders to define requirements, clarify expectations, and maintain alignment
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the project lifecycle
- Drive effective communication across business and technical teams, including executive-level updates
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure accountability for deliverables
- Engage with client leadership to refine project needs and adapt to evolving priorities
- 5 7 years of Project Management experience
- Demonstrated hands-on experience delivering at least 2 D365 implementations
- Strong background in IT PMO environments and enterprise implementations
- Proven ability to operate in fast-moving client environments
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage at all levels
- Strong stakeholder management and follow-up discipline
- Organized, proactive, and responsive in managing client interactions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
