Our Decoration Department completes embroidery and customization work that supports thousands of customer orders each year.We are seeking an experienced Embroidery Team Lead to oversee daily embroidery operations. This is a hands-on production role that combines machine operation with team support, workflow coordination, and quality oversight.If you enjoy leading by example and have strong embroidery production experience, we want to meet you.Position OverviewThe Embroidery Team Lead is responsible for:Running and maintaining commercial embroidery equipmentSupporting and guiding team members on embroidery processesCoordinating daily workflow to ensure jobs are completed on scheduleEnsuring high-quality output and consistent technical standardsCommunicating with other departments regarding order details, delays, or issuesThis is not a desk-only position.
