Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will enhance marketing and communication efforts by creating visually compelling marketing slicks, social media posts, trade show materials, infographics, videos, and pitch decks.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design brochures, announcements, proposals, infographics, advertisements, info sheets, custom invitations, signage, event and campaign materials, and firm publications.
- Develop templates in InDesign, Illustrator, Word, and PowerPoint for general marketing and special projects.
- Knowledge in FIGMA a plus
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including intake, formatting, and distribution within Hubspot.
- Maintain omnichannel presence across digital platforms, updating internal and external online media with relevant content.
- Design and manage social media campaigns to increase traffic to the firm's online channels.
- Support mobile development and stay updated with the latest technologies and trends.
- Serve as a power user and administrator of content management systems for websites, intranets, microsites, event management, and email marketing platforms.
- Manage and organize the daily workflow of marketing projects.
- Collaborate with external vendors to produce and deliver professional collateral.
- Maintain company photos and marketing assets.
- Edit and refine PowerPoint presentations.
- Assist with overall event coordination.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop, and Premier).
Skills & Competencies:
- Experience in digital page layout , including HTML emails, blogs, and webpage design.
- Proficient in creating, editing, and maintaining video and audio files and interactive PDFs using iMovie, Premier, Vimeo, [ST2] or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in both MAC and PC environments.
- Strong skills in the MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
- Experience with email and event management platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM software, HubSpot preferred.
- Comfortable with online digital applications/formats such as WordPress, or CRAFTCMS
- Knowledge of printing processes and experience preparing documents for professional printing.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication in a collaborative professional environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Flexibility to work additional hours when needed.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
- Ability to utilize keyboard, mouse, and computer for up to 6-8 hours per day.
- Ability to utilize telephone/video conferencing for approximately 2-4 hours per day.
- Ability to lift and/or move at least 20 pounds.
- Ability to perform simple grasping, including handwriting, paper manipulation, sorting, folding, etc. periodically throughout the entire workday.
- Frequently remain in a stationary position throughout day.
