For more information, visit www.gf.com. Summary of Role: The Staff GL Accountant will play an important role in managing the general ledger and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. This role will involve a range of accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Essential Responsibilities: Prepare and post journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately. Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Maintain and update the general ledger to ensure the accuracy of financial data. Assist with external and internal audits by providing required documentation and explanations. Collaborate with other departments to support overall financial processes and reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards. Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP SAP and/or Oracle experience is a differential Other Responsibilities: Support continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting department for US and EMEA entities. Participate in special projects and ad hoc assignments as required like SAP implementation for GL related areas. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general ledger accounting or related field. Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP. Experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry. Expected Salary Range $66,800.00 - $120,700.00 The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
