You will manage critical raw material documentation, support our chemists, and build smart Excel tools to keep our global data accurate, organized, and moving efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excel Expert: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, data organization, and reporting; automation/VBA is a plus).
- Technical Mindset: A background in science or engineering is preferred to understand our raw materials and technical documentation.
- Fast Adaptability: Strong ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and navigate brand-new software and internal digital systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Material Documentation: Collect, review, and organize raw material regulatory, technical, and sustainability documents from suppliers and internal databases.
- Support Formula Development: Assist chemists by prioritizing and sourcing the exact raw materials needed for upcoming formulation projects.
- Track & Prioritize Requests: Maintain clear visibility on outstanding supplier document requests; prioritize reviews based on business needs and project timelines.
- Collaborate Globally: Partner with global R&D and product lifecycle management teams to obtain and validate raw material information.
- Drive Process Improvements: Observe current workflows, map out administrative pain points, and translate needs into actionable workflow improvements.
- Advance System Capabilities: Create and maintain advanced Excel tracking tools while supporting the team with the rollout and adoption of new software systems.
- Create Training Material: Assist with standard documentation, process mapping, and basic computer training materials for internal teams.
