You guide your IT team in expertly troubleshooting, routing, switching, and monitoring network performance. Thinking analytically, you review processes and recommend enhancement strategies to clients and management. You also help guide business plans by evaluating applications, infrastructure, and cloud decisions.You're the main point of contact for senior clients, and you regularly communicate with them to ensure we're appropriately meeting their IT needs.
