Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Research potential clients, identify decision-makers, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and support customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth and client retention.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
- No prior sales experience required; customer service, retail, or internship experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new people.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn CRM software.
- Primarily office-based, minimum four days per week, with occasional travel.
