Why This Role
- High performing support, doctors are scheduled two assistants per shift, with additional teammates available
- Quality focused diagnostics, digital radiography including dental, ultrasound, and in house lab, with rads and lab work routinely submitted for specialist interpretation and quick turnarounds
What You Will Do
- Set and uphold medical quality, protocols, and patient safety standards
- Mentor, coach, and develop veterinarians and clinical teams
- Lead case review, QA, and CE initiatives, foster a learning culture
- Partner with hospital leadership on workflow, client service, and growth
- Maintain a sensible caseload while leading by example
You Will Bring
- Strong GP and urgent care medicine and surgery skills, confident with dentistry
- Passion for coaching teams and elevating medical standards
- Clear, compassionate communication with clients and colleagues
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for continuous improvement
Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree or equivalent from an AVMA accredited university
- NAVLE
- ECFVG or PAVE if attended a non AVMA accredited university
- DEA, State, and USDA licenses, can be acquired when hired

Compensation
- Base salary: $190,000 to $220,000
- Production: 20 to 23%, no negative accrual
- Leadership stipend or bonus: $10,000 to $25,000 annually, tied to KPIs
- Sign on or relocation: available and tailored to the candidate
- Total expected compensation: $220,000 to $300,000 , depending on caseload, leadership scope, and production
