What you will do

• Provide full spectrum GP care, wellness and preventive plans, vaccines, parasite prevention, senior care, nutrition
• Perform thorough consultations and physical exams, build practical care plans, educate clients with compassion
• Run and interpret diagnostics, digital rads, ultrasound, cytology, lab testing
• Manage internal medicine cases, dermatology, GI, endocrine, chronic disease management
• Perform soft tissue surgery, spays and neuters, mass removals, wound management, orthopedic opportunities if interested
• Deliver comprehensive dentistry, cleanings, digital dental radiographs, extractions
• Triage and treat urgent cases during hospital hours
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records and collaborate on complex cases
• Mentor newer graduates or team members as appropriate

Requirements

• DVM or VMD degree or equivalent from an AVMA accredited university
• NAVLE
• ECFVG or PAVE if attended a non AVMA accredited university
• DEA, Indiana state, and USDA licenses, can be acquired when hired
• Proficient in general medicine, dentistry, and surgery
• Strong communication, compassion, enthusiasm, and a team oriented mindset

• Compensation you can tailor, base $130,000–$175,000 20–22% production, no negative accrual, or choose straight salary if you prefer, sign on or relocation available
