Position Overview
We are seeking a senior level Project Manager and Estimator based in the Denver metropolitan area to lead our Utility Infrastructure Division from bid identification through successful project closeout. Candidate will be lead and mentor an experienced team to ensure projects are completed in accordance with company and industry standards.

Work Location: Hybrid
Work locations can include a combination of home and office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Utility Infrastructure Division as our Division Manager
- Produce comprehensive, accurate estimates and competitive proposals for complex utility projects
- Provide leadership and direction to Superintendents, Foremen, crew members, and project support staff
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the Denver market while strengthening current customer relationships
- Possess in-depth knowledge of ongoing projects including schedule, job cost, budget, and other performance targets
- Enforce safety standards to promote a strong safety culture
- Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, specifications, and scheduling
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in underground utility construction with an emphasis on conventional excavation for utility installations
- 5 or more years of recent experience in estimating and project management of underground utility construction projects
- Advanced knowledge of estimating and bidding software such as B2W Estimate, HeavyBid or similar products
- Proven ability to lead multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- Confident and capable communications with customers and vendors to include but not limited to; contract negotiations and material pricing
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and construction management software
- Strong self-directions and initiative
