Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented student to join our Medical Department for the Summer 2026 term. In this role, the intern will assist with a variety of essential health and safety functions, including:
- Supporting pre-employment physicals, annual physicals, and the hearing conservation program
- Scanning, organizing, and filing medical charts
- Assisting with day-to-day employee medical needs
- Supporting recordkeeping, procedure updates, and policy revisions as needed
- Currently enrolled in an LPN, RN, PA, MA, or pre‑med program
- Valid CPR/AED certification
- Enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited college or university
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Available to complete the full 3–6 month assignment
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general database applications
- Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate in cross‑functional teams to deliver timely results
