Global Track Warehouse, a growing company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of tracked undercarriage products for the construction and agricultural industries, is seeking a versatile Sales and Operations Specialist to join our team in Yass, NSW. This multi-functional role is suited for a proactive individual interested in developing their sales skills and contributing to various aspects of our daily operations.
Role Overview:
As a Sales and Operations Specialist, you will manage inside and outside sales, maintain relationships with existing clients, and identify new sales opportunities. The role involves direct customer interaction, preparing quotations and proposals, processing orders, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting warehouse operations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through consistent communication and support.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to help grow our market presence.
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings to present products and discuss customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver detailed quotes and proposals based on customer specifications.
- Process orders efficiently and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Assist warehouse operations occasionally, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
- Collaborate internally to improve processes and enhance customer experiences.
- Perform market research and competitor analysis to stay informed on industry trends.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred, but not required.
- Willingness to travel nationally as required.
- Ability and willingness to perform physical warehouse tasks when necessary.
