- Monitor and analyze market trends related to Chinese ADRs and US-listed Chinese companies.
- Assist with financial analysis, valuation modeling, and due diligence for investment projects.
- Support cross-border financing and capital market activities involving Chinese companies.
- Participate in research related to US IPO processes, regulatory requirements, and capital markets.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong interest in capital markets, cross-border investment, and Chinese companies listing in the United States.
- Basic knowledge of financial analysis and valuation concepts.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred.
